## What we collect

When you send a request: your name, mobile number, email if given, area, and what you told us you need. When a business claims a listing: the claimant's name, role and contact details. From site visits: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, country) without cookies that identify you. 

## Why

To pass your request to the tuition centre you chose or one that fits, so they can contact you, and to keep listings accurate. We do not sell your details. 

## Who sees it

The tuition centre (or tuition centres) your request goes to, and the service providers that host the site and store requests on our behalf. 

## How long we keep it

Up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. 

## Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, through the contact page with the word "privacy".
